This starting page was deliberately designed simple
I am concerned about the bad fad of many other recently
designed pages which, after loading for hours, bombard
visitors with spacy flash-animations, flickering banners or
a wall of text-columns.

Nevertheless, there are a few requirements for the following pages.
Thus, JAVA-script is indispensable.
Also your screen resolution should be a wee better than VGA (640x480x4).
